If by mistake you placed a double order for the same item, you can rest assured that our team will refund you within 1 - 2 days (accept for the weekends) If you wan a refund for an NON-activated item, you have 30 days after reception of the item to return it to us in it's original state and packaging and we will issue a refund upon repception. Activated items are NOT refunded as these are personalized items. Digital items are never refunded unless there is a double order
