The time I need to prepare an order for shipping may vary. Check each article for more information. All our items are shipped by certified mail. Delivery depends on many factors like customs and your local delivery agency.

Returns & Exchanges

I accept changes and refunds

Return the items within 30 days after delivery
I do not accept cancellations

The following items can not be exchanged or returned
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I do not accept returns of:
Custom orders
Perishable products (such as food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate articles (for health / hygiene reasons)

Return conditions
The shipping costs of the returns are borne by the buyer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss of value.
