All shipments have a tracking number that will be sent to the customer at the time the product is shipped.

Shipments may have a slight delay at this time of the pandemic and during local holidays due to the large number of orders we send every day.

Shipping time depends on the method you select at checkout. We offer 2 different ways of shipping. The First one is DHL which delivers your package in 2 - 6 days

The other way of shipping is International Certified Mail. In Spain it normally arrives in about 2 - 6 days but the pandemic can cause delays of a few days
Outside of Spain your order will be delivered in 1 - 4 weeks, depending on your location. Delays are possible due to customs or how the pandemic affects your local postal service. Standard shipping is sent by international certified mail.

Returns

We could all use some extra time. If your new and unworn item is not 100% satisfied, you have 30 days from the original shipping date to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return costs are responsibility of the buyer
