SECRET & LOST MANTRAS – The Meaning and Purpose of She He Na

The meaning of She he na has almost been lost in time but we recovered it and share it with you

I am sure you have heard me say in several videos the mantra SHE HE NA

But what does She He Na really means?

She he na is a spiritual greeting, somewhat similar to NAMASTE but a lot more powerful, intense and useful
She he na is a greeting in which we connect our spiritual energy with the Olympic Spirits and between each other.

At the end of the video I will give you some ways how to use this spiritual greeting

Check out the video we made for the Mantra of She He Na

She he na is in the ancient language of Rakh Enagh, which is to be found in the grimoires of World of Amulets. This language has no literal translation because the greeting She he Na and all the other mantras of Rakh enagh don’t speak to your head.

The mantras of Rakh Enagh resonate and connect to your spiritual energy and therefore can not be understood by the mind
When we say She he Na to 5 different persons, they all will perceive something different, based on their vibration level. Each person will perceive exactly what he or she needs on that moment.

The purpose of She he Na is to balance the vibration levels between 2 or more different people so the heart chakra is wide open for mutual understanding and spiritual growth.

She he na also elevates the vibration level of people who are having a low level spiritual energy because it makes a connection between the Universal vibration of the 7 Olympic Spirits and the 7 chakras. This is very useful in case of stress, fear, anxiety, and so on.

Now how can we use She he na for our benefit?

There are several ways to use this powerful mantra.
At the end of the video I will put the mantra so you can play it as many times as you like.

  • The first one would be for ourselves. When we relax first and repeat this mantra several times, we will balance our chakras and connect our energy with the 7 Olympic Spirits. This has a healing purpose but also gives the Olympic Spirits access to our needs and they will start working to provide us with the things we really need. Even if we are not aware of these needs.
  • The second way to use She He Na is as a greeting, somehow like people are using Namaste. In this case we establish a connection with the spiritual energy of the other person and the Olympic Spirits. This connection on 3 levels make it easier to understand each other. This can be very beneficial if we are having a discussion with the other person. It will remove any harsh feelings or any negativity.
  • The third way to use She he na is as I do in some of the videos on our channel. It is a spiritual greeting connecting with you and opens up your spiritual energy so you can understand what I am saying. This can be very useful for teachers, coaches and people who have to speak to the public.
